You will inspect parts during production, read orders and blueprints, and log findings to ensure quality and traceability.

This role requires 3 years of grinding/polishing metal experience, basic English proficiency, and the ability to adjust machine parameters.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of experience in grinding and polishing metal.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand basic English.
• Knowledge in operating CNC, milling, grinding, or injection molding machines.

Aufgaben

• Run production jobs on multiple machine types and adjust as needed to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Inspect products during production using calipers, micrometers, gauges and other tools; log results.
• Read work orders/blueprints to verify specs and materials.
• Perform offsets and adjustments to maintain part quality; report complex issues.
• Maintain machine setup, cleaning, oil/coolant levels, and general maintenance.
