Qualifications

• Experience with wood, steel, or sheet-metal products.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation.
• Ability to read basic measurements with tape measure, caliper, or micrometer.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• High attention to detail and reliability in a production team.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Timesaver wide-belt sander and monitor performance.
• Drill, ream, or tap holes per blueprints or specs.
• Set up machine settings (belt, grit, feed speed, pressure).
• Load and unload metal parts safely and maintain material flow.
• Soress sand, deburr, and remove surface imperfections; inspect finished parts.
