Renovation Brands is seeking a detail-oriented Timesaver Machine Operator in Leominster, MA to safely operate a Timesaver wide‑belt sander and related equipment, finishing metal components to exact specs. This hands‑on role requires mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and safe work practices within a collaborative team environment.

The position is full-time, on-site, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience with Timesaver or wide-belt sanders.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Able to read basic measurements with tape, caliper, or micrometer.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor the Timesaver sander to process steel and metal components.
• Operate drill equipment to drill, ream, or tap holes per blueprints or specs.
• Set up and adjust machine settings based on material and finish.
• Load and unload metal parts while maintaining proper flow.
• Sand, grind, and deburr parts to remove mill scale and imperfections.
• Inspect finished parts for thickness, finish, flatness, hole accuracy, and quality.
• Adjust settings during production to minimize scrap and rework.
• Change belts, bits, and tooling; perform routine maintenance.
• Report equipment issues or wear and quality problems.
• Maintain a clean work area and proper scrap handling.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
