Job summary

Renovation Brands is seeking a detail-oriented Timesaver Machine Operator for the Reggio Registers brand in Leominster, MA. You will safely operate a Timesaver wide-belt sander and related equipment to sand, deburr, and finish metal components to exact specs as part of a collaborative manufacturing team.

This full-time, on-site role offers Mon-Fri 7:00am–3:30pm with overtime opportunities. Candidates should have mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read basic

Qualifications

• Experience operating a Timesaver or wide-belt sander is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and safety-conscious mindset are required.
• Ability to read basic measurements with standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor the Timesaver wide-belt sander.
• Drill holes per blueprints and specifications.
• Set up and adjust machine settings for finish quality.
• Load/unload parts and maintain smooth material flow.
• Inspect parts for accuracy, finish, and flatness.
• Change belts and tools; perform routine maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow PPE rules.
