Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in metal polishing or finishing in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience working with stainless steel components is highly desirable.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, orders, and technical drawings.
• Proficient with hand tools, grinders, buffers, and polishing equipment.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges for precision measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Polish, buff, grind and finish metal components to specified surface finishes.
• Produce smooth, uniform finishes meeting customer and quality standards.
• Perform finishing in various orientations and confined spaces as required.
• Conduct in-process inspections to verify dimensions and cosmetic quality.
• Interpret blueprints and production docs to complete tasks accurately.
