Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience required; metal forming experience preferred.
• Fluent in reading blueprints and weld symbols.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

• Review packets to set angles and stops, change dies, and adjust tension.
• Operate saw, press brake, welding, and milling equipment to fabricate jamb components.
• Inspect parts against specifications using precision measuring tools.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes; escalate to supervisor/quality as needed.
• Maintain safety, product quality, and productivity targets in a fast-paced environment.
