Qualifications

• 1+ years of metal fabrication or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, layout drawings, and bills of material (BOMs).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate metal parts and assemblies per drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Perform operations such as shearing, punching, bending, grinding.
• Assemble frames, enclosures, panels, brackets, and structural components to specified tolerances.
• Verify proper fit, alignment, and dimensions; inspect parts visually and dimensionally.
• Identify missing, incorrect, or damaged materials and escalate issues as needed.
• Rework or repair fabricated components to correct discrepancies or defects.
• Follow work instructions, quality procedures, and safety guidelines; document inspections.
