Qualifications

• Must demonstrate proficiency on various fabrication equipment after training.
• Must be able to use hand and power tools correctly.
• Must operate a forklift and secure a forklift license.
• Must be familiar with safety guidelines throughout the company.
• Must maintain a good attendance and punctuality record.
• Must gather and record statistical data accurately.
• Must understand and use measuring equipment (e.g., tapes, calipers).
• Must read and understand blueprints, blueprint symbols, and engineering schematics.
