Job summary

Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. is seeking an entry-level assembler to join our manufacturing team in Wahpeton, ND. You will assemble metal parts per blueprints and unit knowledge, using hand, air and power tools, with attention to safety and quality.

Responsibilities include reading build sheets, following methods, and assisting with training as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, and overtime may be necessary to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of work experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Must read build sheets and blueprints.
• Must be able to follow established methods and procedures.
• Must communicate with supervisors and coworkers in written and verbal form.

Responsibilities

• Position parts according to unit knowledge or blueprint.
• Fasten parts with bolts, screws, rivets or other fasteners using hand, air and/or power tools.
• Remove small quantities of metal to ensure close fit between parts.
• Tend machines to perform fastening operations as specified.
• Perform duties safely and in compliance with rules and regulations; keep area clean and organized.
• Assist in training of others as requested by supervisor.
• Position may require overtime hours.
