Qualifications

• Read and follow build sheets and blueprints to assemble metal parts.
• Able to communicate with supervisors and team about instructions.
• Read and interpret written and verbal assembly directions.

Responsibilities

• Position parts according to unit knowledge or blueprints.
• Fasten parts with bolts, screws, rivets using hand/power tools.
• Remove metal to ensure close fit between parts.
• Operate and monitor machines for fastening operations as specified.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Support training of others as requested by supervisor.
• May require overtime hours with additional responsibilities.
