Job summary

Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. is seeking an assembler to construct metal products, partly or fully, and position components per blueprints. You will assemble by following unit knowledge or diagrams and oral instructions, ensuring accuracy and quality.

The role requires basic reading of blueprints, the ability to work under time pressure, and adherence to safety and procedural guidelines. The job may involve overtime and travel less than 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Work experience 0-2 years or more, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to read build sheets and blueprints.
• The ability to read and follow established methods and procedures.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Physical requirements include lifting weights as specified in the job posting.

Responsibilities

• Positions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or blueprint.
• Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, rivets or other fasteners using hand, air and/or power tools.
• Removes small quantities of metal to achieve close fits between parts.
• Tends machines to perform fastening operations as specified.
• Adheres to safety rules and keeps work area clean and organized.
• Assists in training of others when requested by supervisor.
• Position may require overtime hours.
