Job summary

Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a skilled assembler to build metal components, following blueprints or verbal instructions. You will position parts, fasten with hand or power tools, and ensure a tight fit while maintaining safety and a clean work area.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years of experience, with overtime may be needed. Training on the job and blueprint reading are provided to support accurate production.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of work experience (or more).
• Travel required: less than 10%.
• Must follow established methods and procedures to perform work.
• Must be able to read build sheets and blueprints.
• Strong communication with supervisors and coworkers is required.
• On-the-job and classroom training develop job-specific skills and safe practices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal products, partially or completely.
• Assemble according to unit knowledge or blueprints/diagrams.
• Position parts according to blueprint or unit requirements.
• Fasten parts using bolts, screws, rivets and power/hand tools.
• Remove excess metal to fit parts precisely.
• Tend machines for fastening operations per instructions.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, organized area.
• Assist in training others as requested by supervisor.
• Overtime may be required to meet build requirements.
