Job summary

Keysight Technologies' Precision Meso-scale Technology Center in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA is hiring for a full-time role supporting Hand Operations including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes on day shift. You will process parts through manual and automated operations and perform visual inspections, often under a microscope, relying on fine motor skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope.
• Manual dexterity and fine motor skills required.
• Willingness to work day shift; fast-paced, multicultural team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes on day shift.
• Process parts through manual and automated operations with on-the-job training.
• Perform visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Skills

Basic Windows PC and Excel use

Strong manual dexterity

High-volume parts inspection and hands

Microscopic inspection

Part deburring, cleaning, handling

Precision pin, thread, ring gaging

Part sorting using specialized tools

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Some college or technical coursework preferred

Ability to read and converse in English

Ability to interpret GD&T specifications
