Manufacturing Operations Support Overview

Duties

• The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA provides precision-machined components that power Keysight’s industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.
• In this full-time role, you will support all Hand Operations, including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes on day shift.
• Through on‑the‑job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope.
• Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential in this position.

Pay Transparency

• This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $25.00/hour - $25.00/hour W-2.
