Randstad USA is seeking detail-oriented Machine Operators for a fast-growing medical device manufacturing facility in Buffalo Grove, IL. This temp-to-hire role involves operating production machinery, monitoring quality, and ensuring a compliant cleanroom environment.

You will wear required PPE, conduct basic inspections, and document production logs while adhering to SOPs and GMP guidelines. The position offers stable hours and opportunities to advance within a growing operation.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and reliable individual required.
• Experience operating production machinery or similar equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated or semi-automated medical manufacturing machinery.
• Wear PPE (jumpsuit, hairnet, safety glasses, earplugs, steel toe shoes) consistently.
• Perform quality inspections using basic measurement tools and visual checks.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and cleanroom safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate production logs and material documentation.
• Package and prepare finished products for sterilization or shipment.
• Keep workspace clean and compliant with 5S standards.
