Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is hiring for a Manufacturing Operator 1 in Mansfield, NY. The role involves assembling and testing components with computer-controlled equipment and operating various manufacturing machines to meet specifications.

Responsibilities include inspections per prints, data entry, and adherence to SOPs and GMP. The position requires a High School diploma and the ability to work in a team, with strong safety and quality focus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year experience in Production, Operations or Manufacturing.
• Experience with inspection, assembly and functional testing of manufactured components preferred.
• Experience in a Medical Device manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in GMP or regulated environments preferred.
• Basic mechanical and computer skills required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; good communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections per print specifications including First Article inspections.
• Follow SOPs to ensure quality, productivity and reliability in GMP environments.
• Record data into manufacturing documents and systems; maintain quality inspection data and training records.
• Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and ISO/FDA requirements.
• Communicate problems and opportunities to supervisor or engineer in a timely manner.
• Assist with Preventive Maintenance tasks and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Support process improvements and coordinate with other manufacturing areas.
