DORC Dutch Ophthalmic Research Center (International) is seeking a Medical Device Assembler I to join our manufacturing team in Seabrook, TX. The role performs a variety of assembly operations under GMP/QMS guidelines and supports product flow for eye-care devices.

You will read measurements, assemble parts, use basic tools, and maintain clean, safe work practices while following instructions and training to ensure quality and traceability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fine motor skills required.
• Attention to detail and quality standards.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong work ethic required.

Responsibilities

• Read a ruler or tape measure and cut fiber to specific measurements.
• Assemble parts according to instructions and training.
• Follow work instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Be able to read some drawings.
• Use a microscope for some operations.
• Adhere to GMP and QMS policies and procedures.
