Are you looking for a challenging position as an Assembler in a growing and successful company? We are looking for a Medical Device Assembler I to join our dynamic and growing team! The Medical Device Assembler performs a variety of assembly operations. Assemblers will be able to complete the following:

Essential Functions:

• Read a ruler or tape measure and cut fiber to specific measurements
• Assemble parts according to instructions and training
• Follow work instructions & pay attention to detail
• Be able to read some drawings
• Use a microscope for some operations
• Be able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Able to complete manufacturing documents
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Use some hand and power tools
• Has some understanding of product flow.
• Adhere to GMP and QMS policies and procedures

Required Education & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fine motor skills
• Attention to detail and quality standards
• Effective communication skills
• Strong work ethic

Preferred Education & Experience:

• 1-3 years cleanroom assembly experience a plus
• Lean manufacturing experience & training a plus
• Has some experience with Medical Manufacturing products or something similar

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday - day shift.
