Job summary

Acro Service Corp is seeking an Equipment Operator I to join our team. You will operate simple automated assembly machines to assemble, inspect, test, and package medical devices used in clean rooms. The role includes reading procedures, performing quality checks, and maintaining proper documentation.

Shifts are rotating (6:30 AM-6:30 PM / 6:30 PM-6:30 AM). A high school diploma or GED is required, with basic Microsoft Office skills preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills preferred.
• Ability to read and understand procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keep work area and equipment clean.
• Read and understand procedures.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment per company standards.
• Start machines from a powered-off state.
• Set up work orders in electronic batch records and data systems.
• Operate machines, jigs, and fixtures to produce quality products at run rates.
• Read gauges and dials on equipment.
• Interpret faults and restart machines as needed.
• Complete production records and documentation.
• Inspect or test products to ensure quality.
• Weigh, count, package, and label finished products.
• Learn to operate simple machines quickly.
• Demonstrate flexibility operating multiple machines.
