Operator – Medical Device Manufacturing (Temp, Onsite)

Pleasanton, CA 94588 | First Shift: 7:00am–3:30pm | Temp – Up to 6 Months

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operator to join our team in Pleasanton, CA. In this role, you will contribute to the production of high-quality medical devices, including pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related assemblies. This is an onsite position within a clean and regulated environment, ideal for individuals who are eager to grow in medical device manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly, repair, and test operations on medical devices under close supervision.
  • Complete assignments following standardized procedures with continual review.
  • Ensure all documentation and traveler/quality records are accurate and up to date.
  • Communicate effectively with manufacturing management, both in writing and verbally.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
  • Support divisional Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
  • Comfort with electronic data collection systems and computer software.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to handle small components and parts.
  • Organizational skills to prioritize and sequence tasks effectively.
  • Ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
