Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical assembly, electronics manufacturing or similar technician role.
• Ability to read and follow detailed written SWIs, verbal instructions and safety procedures.
• High precision and quality mindset for handling high value assets.
• Strong time management and punctuality with collaborative attitude.
• Must pass eye examination for optical acuity required in precision assembly.
• Complete all required company onboarding and technical training modules.

Responsibilities

• Top Assembly: finalize high-level mechanical assembly per drawings and SWIs.
• Vibration Testing: set up, run, and monitor tests as per SWIs.
• Staking: apply adhesives to secure components during operation.
• Final Packaging: package units securely for shipment following standards.
• Documentation: log test results, complete batches and quality checks.
• Team Support: perform other duties as assigned within the test team.
