Qualifications

• Must follow detailed written work instructions (SWIs) and safety procedures.
• Must maintain high precision when handling delicate assemblies and high-value assets.
• Strong time management, punctuality, and teamwork.
• Able to pass eye exam for precision assembly and PCBA inspection.
• Complete company onboarding and technical training modules.

Responsibilities

• Top-level mechanical assembly of products per drawings and SWIs.
• Set up, execute, and monitor vibration tests per SWIs.
• Apply adhesives for component staking and secure assembly.
• Package units securely for shipment per company standards.
• Log test results, complete batches, and perform quality checks.
• Support test team with additional duties as needed.
