The role involves assisting the Assembly Lead, ensuring quality standards, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining efficient production workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with hand tools, measuring devices, and precision assembly techniques.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products per drawings and specs.
• Verify parts and materials to ensure accuracy and conformance to requirements.
• Use measuring tools to perform precise mechanical measurements and checks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical assembly issues and equipment.
• Support preventive maintenance and repair of assembly tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
