Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble electromechanical and hydraulic components, wire terminations per engineering blueprints, and test assemblies to ensure conformance with specifications.

You will operate drill presses, hydraulic presses, band saws, and a wide range of hand tools, build and inspect final products, and document results according to the QMS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow established safety standards and procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly workplace (5S / housekeeping).
• Assist co-workers as needed to support team and departmental objectives.
• Assemble subassemblies and final assemblies in accordance with blueprints and work instructions.
• Use a wide range of hand tools, including cordless drills, taps, wrenches, tape measures, carpenters squares, pry bars, pneumatic impact guns, and sledgehammers.
• Operate drill press, hydraulic press, and band saw equipment to complete tasks.
• Build, test, and inspect completed job assignments; verify conformance to specifications and document results per QMS.
• Identify and report nonconforming products, unsafe conditions, or process deviations per nonconformance and corrective action procedures.
