Torrey Holistics is seeking a Precision Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our Connecticut manufacturing team. You will assemble fabricated parts at floor stations, following defined instructions and established procedures, and ensure units meet product specifications.
You will use hand and power tools to build units, test and calibrate mechanisms to verify tolerance, and identify nonconforming parts for repairs. Expect close supervision and clear work instructions on a structured floor.
Step onto the production floor and begin your shift at a dedicated assembly station. With clear work instructions in hand, you’ll bring together fabricated components, using the right hand and power tools to build units exactly to product specifications. As builds move forward, you’ll verify performance by testing and calibrating parts and mechanisms, ensuring every measurement aligns with required tolerances. If something falls outside spec, you’ll trace the issue and make the necessary repairs to return the unit to compliance-then document the result and move to the next.
You’ll thrive here if you enjoy structured work, clear expectations, and hands-on craftsmanship that turns parts into finished, high-quality products.
