Job summary

  • Perform machining/bench work to alter and repair tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges, and guarding.
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.

What You’ll Do

Physical & Environmental Requirements
  • Lift/carry materials of varying sizes and weights: frequently 5-25 lbs; occasionally 25-75 lbs; rarely >75 lbs.
  • Stand and/or walk continuously during an 8-12 hour shift.
  • Push, pull, bend, kneel, twist, crawl, and/or reach on an occasional to frequent basis over an 8-12 hour shift.
  • Use power/vibrating tools for the length of an 8-12 hour shift.
  • Operate motorized vehicles for the full 8-12 hour shift.
  • Work in areas with noise that requires hearing protection throughout an 8-12 hour shift.
