The role involves reading drawings, assembling sub-assemblies, and collaborating with teammates to resolve material shortages or discrepancies while maintaining safe, clean work areas. Full-time, day shift in Lowell, AR with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of complex machine assembly experience preferred.
• 2-year trade school degree preferred.
• Background in industrial automation is a plus.
• Reliable, self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and sub-assemble components and metal parts per drawings and blueprints.
• Communicate with coworkers about customer requirements and material shortages.
• Report specification discrepancies affecting completion of tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of work and common areas.
• Return unused components to supervisor or manager.
