Job summary

HMC Products LLC, part of ProMach, seeks an Assembly Technician to accurately assemble packaging machinery in a clean, climate-controlled facility. Read blueprints and diagrams, perform quality checks, and maintain safety standards to ensure machine integrity.

Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience; you will work 40 hours per week in a team environment, tackling multiple tasks with attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Manufacturing experience or prior machine assembly experience.
• Proficient reading, comprehension, attention to detail, and math skills.
• Ability to read machine drawings/blueprints.
• Excellent safety practices and mindset.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to take direction and follow through with assignments.
• Must work a minimum of 40 hours per week and maintain good attendance.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Desire and ability to produce quality product.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble components, sub-assemblies, and packaging machinery by reading and following blueprints and specifications.
• Perform quality work checks to ensure standards are met.
• Identify product defects and communicate them to supervisor.
• Rework/repair assembled equipment according to specifications.
• Champion a safety mindset and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
