Qualifications

• Strong general mechanical skills required.
• Must be detail-oriented to maintain quality and safety.
• Ability to read and perform basic math calculations.
• Able to interact cooperatively with team members.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Produces basic components by assembling parts and subassemblies using small tools and fixtures.
• Follows standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Tests the quality of work using measurement devices.
• Notifies supervisor of quality issues.
• Maintains accurate production records and clean work area.
• Works with the team to maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Willing to work overtime including evenings and weekends.
• Adheres to Lean Manufacturing principles (5S) and related standards.
