This role requires teamwork, reliability, and adherence to procedures. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, communicate effectively, and pass drug and background checks.

Qualifications

• Ability to retain information regarding assembly procedures.
• Experience with basic hand tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches is helpful.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, specifications, and parts lists.
• Position parts and subassemblies by following assembly drawings.
• Assemble components by fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Maintain equipment by performing preventive maintenance per manufacturer instructions.
• Keep a safe, clean work environment and follow procedures and regulations.
• Assist with on-the-job training for new employees.
