Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
• Position parts and subassemblies by following assembly instructions and drawings
• Assembles components by mechanically fastening parts and subassemblies
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; reporting malfunctions
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Follow procedures regarding any irregular or non-conforming material
• Provide on-the-job training for new employees when appropriate
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to retain information with regard to standard assembly/disassembly procedures
• Experience with basic hand tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches
• Language Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a DRUG SCREEN & BACKGROUND CHECK.
• Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand, and follow rules and procedures and accept constructive criticism.
