The role offers the 2nd shift schedule (Mon-Thu, 3:00pm-1:30am) with a $1.50 differential and comprehensive benefits. A HS diploma and 1 year of relevant experience are typically required, with U.S. Person status mandatory.

Qualifications

• Typically, a HS diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by the company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding equipment and tools.
• Maintain proper care of manufacturing equipment.
• Follow all prescribed safety policies and testing.
• Use a microscope for many tasks.
• Be responsible for quality product standards with no defects.
• Meet customer deadlines and expectations.
• Comply with applicable elements of quality systems.
• Participate in cost reduction plans and continuous improvement plans/events.
• Participate in audits.
• Acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certifications as required.
• Route reworked assemblies for testing and clean completed assemblies.
• May fabricate instrument parts through crimping, staking, and cutting.
• Maintain materials, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Adhere to Environmental Health and Safety policies.
