Qualifications

• AA degree or higher required; training provided.
• Ability to read, understand and follow detailed engineering drawings and process specs.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and good organizational skills.
• Reliable, able to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Inspect quality of incoming parts.
• Assemble mechanical and electrical parts and sub-assemblies.
• Occasionally perform light machine shop duties (drills, sanders, cutting).
• Maintain clean, organized work area.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Clean and maintain equipment and tools.
• Prepare work by gathering parts, sub-assemblies, tools.
• Verify specifications by measuring completed components.
• Conserve resources when accomplishing job results.
• Document actions with production and quality forms.
