Job summary

Modula USA is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join our Dayton, OH area manufacturing team. You will safely assemble structural and mechanical components per blueprints, BOMs, and drawings, ensuring accurate fit and function.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of manufacturing experience, can read blueprints, measurements, and tolerances, and uphold safety and continuous improvement. The role is full-time with a competitive hourly rate of $20.60.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of relative experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble product components per blueprints with minimal supervision.
• Follow specifications, BOMs, drawings, and plan fabrication steps.
• Ensure proper fitment, alignment, and function; diagnose issues.
• Adhere to safety rules and environment initiatives.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Work in other factory areas as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
