Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking an assembler to build modular systems and install equipment based on blueprints and schematics. The role involves assembling skids, piping systems, air compressors, ductwork, and related components in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The candidate should have strong mechanical skills, be detail-oriented, able to read technical drawings, and willing to travel to customer sites for offsite assembly when required. Safety and quality come first.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and schematics.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Punctual with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience reading technical drawings and using measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble modular skids and assist with piping system installations from blueprints and schematics.
• Install air compressors and related equipment inside modular units.
• Finish concrete floors and bases to meet quality standards.
• Mount ductwork, dampers, and compressor accessories per specifications.
• Travel to customer sites for offsite assembly and installation as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas; support continuous process improvement.
