The role requires attention to detail and compliance with safety standards while working a first shift 5:00am - 1:30pm, Monday through Friday, at our Orrville, OH facility.

The position involves using hand tools or machines to assemble parts, aligning components, and conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand assembly procedures and detailed work instructions.
• Maintain high safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools or machines to assemble parts
• Position or align components for assembly, manually or using hoists
• Conduct quality control checks: inspect, operate, and test completed products to verify functioning or conformance to specifications
• Rework, repair, or replace damaged parts or assemblies
