Job summary

Harvard Integrations LP seeks an assembler to read drawings, position components, and install fixtures on units according to specifications. You will handle hand tools, fixtures, and test devices to ensure proper assembly.

You will inspect units, record traveler documents, and maintain clean work areas. This role requires physical stamina, ability to work under production pace, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to read drawings and customer specifications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in assembly.
• Comfort with basic math and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Read drawings or customer specifications to determine position of unit component parts.
• Positions components and installs fixtures.
• Inspect products to verify that optional equipment changes have been made according to customer specifications.
• Gather supplies and tools needed to complete jobs.
• Drill and tap holes to install floor plates and thresholds.
• Assemble units and tests units for proper performance using gauges and test devices.
• Clean up work area and return tools to appropriate places each day.
• Work safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others.
