You will work with team members to complete subassemblies and final assemblies, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards. The job requires attention to detail and the ability to operate under overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and written instructions.
• Proficient in using hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work with team and independently as needed.
• Able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and final assemblies per procedures.
• Perform wire installations and related assembly tasks.
• Prepare materials by lapping surfaces with appropriate tooling and compounds.
• Read and interpret blueprints and instructions.
• Use hand tools and precision equipment safely and accurately.
• Conduct visual inspections and handle nonconforming items per procedures.
• Verify tooling calibration before use.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production needs.
• Cross-train and support other production areas as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Follow all procedures, safety rules and quality requirements.
• Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and endurance.
• Work overtime as needed to meet business needs.
