Job summary

Innovance, Inc. is seeking a skilled Assembler to join ALMCO’s manufacturing team. You will perform sub-assembly and final assembly of mechanical and electrical components, using calibrated tools and engineering drawings to meet exact specifications.

Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, inspecting quality, and collaborating with engineers to resolve discrepancies. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of assembly work are required, with a strong focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level or 1-2 years of assembly experience.
• Able to read routings, bills of material, assembly drawings, work instructions and notes.
• Familiar with mechanical and electromechanical components.
• Strong motivation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform sub-assembly and final assembly processes on mechanical and electrical assemblies.
• Use calibrated equipment and machinery, engineering drawings, schematics, and instructions to perform assembly functions.
• Maintain documentation on work performed and read blueprints to identify non-conformance.
• Communicate with engineers, designers, and technicians to resolve assembly discrepancies.
