Qualifications

• Reading assembly instructions and technical drawings.
• Strong dexterity for handling mechanical components.
• Solid understanding of assembly techniques and processes.
• Ability to perform quality checks and identify defects.
• Excellent time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret assembly orders and technical instructions accurately.
• Execute assembly processes for mechanical components (knobs, levers, springs, shims, plates).
• Apply materials such as plastic washers and grease as required.
• Test assembled components for proper function and alignment.
• Maintain organized, clean workstations and keep materials accessible.
• Refill bins and support continuous workflow.
• Track productivity and quality metrics on hourly sheets.
• Collaborate with team leads and assemblers to resolve issues.
• Meet productivity and quality goals with a strong work ethic.
• Be flexible to work across departments as needed.
