Ideal candidates have a high school diploma/GED and 3+ years in assembly within a production setting, with a focus on precision and teamwork. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a 40-hour M-F schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with assembly operations in a production environment.
• Be able to perform manual operations with precision.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical units and sub-assemblies by following blueprints and work instructions.
• Perform packaging operations to meet production schedules and shipping requirements.
• Use gauges and fixtures to ensure precision fit and accurate assembly.
• Inspect finished products, identify defects, and report production issues to the supervisor.
• Update production progress in the ERP system and maintain a clean, organized work area.
