Responsibilities

• Monitor food distribution and ensure guidelines are followed.
• Clean and sterilize dishes, utensils, equipment, and facilities.
• Maintain coolers, cases and displays by keeping them stocked.
• Assist in inventory and record weekly/monthly meat purchases and shrink control.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and prompt service to customers.
• Ensure proper safety procedures are used in the meat department.
• Maintain meat department, coolers, cases and equipment.
