Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required/preferred.
• Some experience in food service or meat department preferred.
• Basic keyboard and numeric recordkeeping skills are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meat cutting, handling, and portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the meat department.
• Responsible for temperature checks and proper stocking of products.
• Monitor shrink and assist in inventory management.
• Record weekly and monthly meat purchases and prep for orders.
