Job summary

You will ensure product quality, safety, and presentation while maintaining records and working with the Meat Manager. The role offers a flexible schedule with either full-time or part-time status, opportunities to monitor inventory, rotate stock, and keep displays stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Meat handling and operation duties described in the description.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, store, cut, clean, and serve meat.
• Monitor food distribution and ensure guidelines are followed.
• Clean and sterilize dishes, utensils, equipment, and facilities.
• Maintain coolers, cases and displays by keeping them stocked.
• Record hours worked and assist in inventory and ordering.
