Brookshire Brothers is seeking a Meat Cutter to produce quality, profitable cuts to meet company specifications. The role emphasizes strong customer service, professional presentation, and teamwork in a grocery environment.

The position requires handling meat from the distribution center, cutting and packaging it for display, and staying flexible for additional shifts and other duties as assigned. Training is provided, and lifting up to 50 pounds is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Receive meat from Distribution Center and cut into specified pieces for packaging.
• Make and display the cuts in the meat case as directed.
• Be willing to work additional shifts beyond posted schedules and perform other duties as assigned (cleaning, custodial tasks).
