Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Meat Cutter to join our retail team. You will process meat products, ensure accurate weights, trim and label items, and maintain fresh, well‑displayed cases while delivering friendly customer service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of related experience, and a Food Handler certification. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process meat by removing fat, tenderizing, grinding, and cutting to size.
• Cut, weigh, package, and label products.
• Operate and maintain department equipment.

• Assist customers with special cuts and requests.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
