Job summary

HID in Austin, TX is seeking a Material Handler II to support daily material movement, cycle counting, and receiving/shipping. You will work with SOPs, maintain equipment per 5S standards, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while adapting to a fast-paced environment and overtime shifts.

Responsibilities include operating automated machinery, performing daily warehouse duties, and ensuring KPI targets for safety, quality, and delivery are met.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work at a fast pace with very high attention to detail.
• Flexibility to overtime including weekends and shift changes.
• Ability to learn and operate specialized equipment.
• Embraces change and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and perform daily material movement tasks.
• Conduct cycle counts, receiving, packing, and shipping.
• Perform order picking to meet KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery).
• Set up and operate automatic/semi-automatic machinery.
• Maintain 5S in work area and assist with continuous improvement.
