Job summary

American-Computer-Development, Inc (ACDi) is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to operate machinery, assemble products, and uphold quality throughout production. The ideal candidate will have good mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include equipment operation, component assembly, inspections, and routine maintenance. Strong teamwork and safety compliance are essential in this on-site role within a modern manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing or production environment recommended.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude; ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and machinery; attention to quality control.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
• Assemble components and products according to specifications and drawings.
• Conduct inspections and tests to identify defects and ensure quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery to minimize downtime.
• Document production activities and maintain records of output, quality metrics, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
