Job summary

Accelera in Wisconsin seeks a Manufacturing Machine Technician to ensure precision, efficiency, and quality on the production floor. You will manage end-to-end operation of industrial equipment, driving reliable outputs for finished goods.

You will set up and changeover machines, inspect parts, calibrate measuring tools, operate cranes and forklifts, and uphold safety standards through teamwork and PPE usage.

Qualifications

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient use of precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges).
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Must pass a comprehensive physical assessment (vision, hearing, mobility).
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise machine setups and changeovers to optimize production and minimize downtime.
• Perform rigorous inspections to ensure specifications of size, finish, and accuracy.
• Manage scrap materials to maintain a lean workspace.
• Calibrate and maintain precision measuring instruments for quality control.
• Operate heavy machinery including cranes, lifting systems, and forklifts per safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold a safe, PPE-equipped work environment.
