Job summary

Manpower, Inc. on behalf of our client in Marquette, MI, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support a quality-focused production team.

You will perform finishing of CNC-milled parts, handle components carefully, and document inspection results to ensure dimensional and cosmetic compliance. You should have hands-on experience with precision inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges), be able to learn CMM inspection and blueprint reading, and hold a basic understanding of GD&T.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform buffing, deburring, polishing, and finishing of CNC-milled parts to meet specifications.
• Handle and process machined components carefully to prevent damage or dimensional changes.
• Inspect parts for cosmetic and dimensional compliance using precision tools.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records.
• Maintain tools, fixtures, and inspection equipment in proper working condition.
